Item has arrived and includes everything shown in the photos. There were no instructions, but they are on the iFixit website. It took about 20 minutes to install the new joystick and assemble the Joy-Con. After calibrating the new joystick, the drift is gone! If you are confident that you can repair electronics, I definitely recommend trying this option before buying a new joycon.
