Hard to tell from the video/photo but they are definitely a lot brighter than the regular lights that came with the house. And they were easy to install, hassle-free, and came with everything you need to connect. That being said they are great for regular rooms, we have a room with an 18ft ceiling and depending on the floor/walls this might be enough. We've found this to be great if you have a lighter floor and walls. However, if you have a carpet, even if its light is more than lumens, it would be better. I would suggest 1450 Lm or higher.
