I have purchased an iBox Dawn and I am very disappointed with the product. I'm tech savvy and don't usually need to read manuals to understand how to work with products. Despite reading the iBox Dawn manual, all I could do was set the time. My watch won't let me save radio settings or set an alarm. I don't know if the product is broken. Unfortunately I can't call the UK as I live in the US. If I could speak to support I would look into troubleshooting, although for a brand new 1 day clock that seems like a lot of work. I am returning the item and am surprised by the good reviews. Unlike this clock, working with clocks has always been easy.
