I like the ease of use for creating work orders and submittals. It helps me create work orders for jobs that have not been created previously in SAP. It also allows me to submit subcontractor's invoices. It has helped us realize savings on our material costs as well. I wish you could go back and edit items after they are submitted to help avoid mistakes. There can be times when we send out a job to be filled with multiple materials and have to request the same item twice. This is a great way to keep track of what needs to be done for each part. I like that it can be used to forecast demand for multiple different items in our inventory. It helps us understand where we are with our inventory by showing us what percentage of our inventory is being sold each month. The interface could use some work, but it's not too bad. We've been able to see trends in our inventory usage and make changes to how we stock certain products.
