I like the ease of use for creating work orders and submittals. It helps me create work orders for jobs that have not been created previously in SAP. It also allows me to submit subcontractor's invoices. It has helped us realize savings on our material costs as well. I wish you could go back and edit items after they are submitted to help avoid mistakes. The ability to use historical data without having an understanding of statistical analysis or coding knowledge made this software easy for me as my background was more in inventory management not statistics / programming/analysis. I also liked that it allowed us to have multiple levels within our hierarchy which helped when trying to set up custom reports with additional parameters (i.e., using date ranges).
