Review on Smart Demand Planner by Kevin Carr

The ability to use historical data without having an understanding of statistical analysis or coding knowledge made this software easy for me as my background was more in inventory management not statistics / programming/analysis. I also liked that it allowed us to have multiple levels within our hierarchy which helped when trying to set up custom reports with additional parameters (i.e., using date ranges). There were times where you could enter one parameter but there would be other fields missing like 'name'. This required extra time spent looking at what else may need input before proceeding through the process only to realize we had been skipping over something important during entry because we weren't seeing all possible options. We are primarily working now with purchasing departments who don’t understand how critical supply chain visibility can be while still giving them access to real-time information via their dashboard.
