Make stern calls and texts. If you are looking for a silly phone for your little kids, this phone is for you. It has a "browser", but without a connection to Wi-Fi or to fetch data (I'm on Tello's monthly no-data plan), it just doesn't do anything. Texting is a little tricky for those new to the smartphone age, but my daughter picked it up quickly. This works on the T cell network, so I was able to use Tello for 300 minutes of free texting without data for just $3 a month! I'll keep it until she's in high school, hopefully a few more years.
