I like that it's easy enought for small companies with limited budgets or technical expertise.

It also makes sense from an information security point of view - you know exactly who has access to which tags/data in what field at any time. Nothing really! If there were more templates available they would be great as well! Maybe even some sort of API integration? We use this software primarily to manage our product data so we can easily update products when new versions are released without having to send out people all over Europe.
