Does not charge optimally in CB and radio devices

Cannot be charged with the Yaesu NC-88B charger. It came out at 5.8v. After 10 hours it was still at 5.8v. Never got warm. Charges the battery normally. i return today lUpdate: Revain has been replaced with a new one. Not only is it fully charged, it's one of the best Ni-Mh batteries I've ever owned. I have unloaded and reloaded 3 times. That's long.
