Easy to assemble, great customer service. My package was missing screws, I called customer service and got the parts about two weeks after the call. The shelf itself was fairly easy to assemble. Some useful tips from my experience: 1. Do not tighten all the screws until all the parts are in place. I had to loosen a few screws to get the last few bars in.2. Do not put the long bar on the bottom of the shelf until you put it on the toilet. I had everything assembled outside of my bathroom and had to remove and reinstall this rod when I realized there wasn't enough room to move the rod behind the toilet. If your toilet is in a tight space like mine. To reattach the bar you may need a coin or a thin-edged piece of metal to tighten the screws on the bottom since you don't have room for a screwdriver. I used a dime and it worked great.4. There is nothing to attach the shelf to the wall, mine seemed a little wobbly. Clear tape or packing tape should help. I glued the rods in three places on the bottom two shelves to attach them to the tiles on the wall. Drilling is not required, everything is made quite solidly and they do not stand out.5. There were no edges on two sides of the shelves to prevent them from rolling off. I placed a few baskets on top to hold small items that may not have a base wide enough to stand upright on a wire shelf. Tablets should work too. I might swap the baskets as the color seems too light for my tiny bathroom. White baskets will probably blend in better with the wall.6. The distance between the bottom two shelves is about 9 inches, most detergent bottles are too big to fit there, so they are on the top shelf for now. Something to note as I originally planned to use the bottom shelf for the cleaners and put a small plant on it. Photos are included for reference regarding shelf size and placement in the room. Overall still very happy with this purchase.
