Bought this to make frozen pizza crusts but have used it for many things - folded to make a do-it-yourself version of a hot dog bun pan, use it for Cookies, I even leveled my top kitchen cabinets (so nobody gets caught between the cabinets and the ceiling). So handy in a dispenser box - I put it in the cupboard behind my collapsible pizza pan, fits perfectly and I can pull out a sheet with just one hand. This material is also a lot easier to use - not sure if it's thicker or lighter because it doesn't curl up like roll material, but it's soooo nice to pull the sheet out and it stays flat. On high heat, I pre-bake my crusts (450) with no problems. I only wish they were about an inch wider - my pizza crusts are 12 inches round and fit to the brim, but the length leaves me with a lot of stuff to move them in and around with. I highly recommend them - I will be keeping them in my kitchen!
