Wow, great quality at a great price! I am a home baker and used to buy the King Arthur version of this product for twice the price plus shipping. And I love that it's in a hard box, so at least for as long as I can stand it upright. Once the box is smaller they can sag a bit so I have to store them horizontally but that's not a problem. I hope Revane carries on!

I have always bought parchment paper from King Arthur Baking but went the cheaper route. Boy you get what you pay for! They're too small, they're not packaged waterproof and I can't wait for them to go away. I'll order the next ones from King Arthur. I've seen America's Test Kitchen say they're the best and they're right. I won't make that mistake again.

This parchment paper is very practical for my needs, it's perfect for my baking sheets and it helps me to work more efficiently, I put the box in one of my cupboards, every time I need a sheet I take it, it's very simple! Ordered this item for an encaustic workshop. This item is great for melting wax as you can use paper between the hot wax and the iron so you can melt the paper you are fixing instead of tearing it. It was the perfect size. My husband makes cookies and biscuits, this is a great product for him. He wants half the package. Packing in sheets, which is much more convenient.

The item is neatly folded in half. It fits flat on the bottom of a large pan. It's easy to cut in half to evenly fit the bottom of half a pan. This is silicone coated parchment, not quilon coated. This fact means it is more resistant to repeated use and slightly thicker than thinner Quilon coated paper. It is of high quality. I can fit twice as many biscuits on a full size sheet than on a half size sheet, making my job easier. I recommend it if these features are important to you.

These are undoubtedly excellent quality parchment sheets, but their advertising is not true. As you can see in the photo this is 12x16 not 16x24 as stated in the description. Bought this to make frozen pizza crusts but have used it for many things - folded to make a do-it-yourself version of a hot dog bun pan, use it for Cookies, I even leveled my top kitchen cabinets (so nobody gets caught between the cabinets and the ceiling).
