The item is neatly folded in half. It fits flat on the bottom of a large pan. It's easy to cut in half to evenly fit the bottom of half a pan. This is silicone coated parchment, not quilon coated. This fact means it is more resistant to repeated use and slightly thicker than thinner Quilon coated paper. It is of high quality. I can fit twice as many biscuits on a full size sheet than on a half size sheet, making my job easier. I recommend it if these features are important to you.
