, I really wanted a product that cuts mushrooms. Despite their claims, this is not the case. I had two and both broke the first time I tried to cook regular brown mushrooms. Cut the wire. The company's support team is ok if you can contact them, but they don't list any contact information on their website! Basically, this all-steel, high-performance model can slice eggs for $20. But the same goes for the $6 model, and I've never experienced a failure on a product that only had to cut eggs. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!
