I have someone's return! Scratched and bruised. Not new as described.

items I received were NOT NEW. It was SOMETHING THAT RETURNED. The box has been beaten and re-glued. The contents inside had fingerprints and scratches on the plastic. It was packed in a sealed brown Revain box and left the factory that way. What I received is not new, it is an item in an OPEN BOX. I keep my kitchen utensils in a box when I'm not using them. We are discussing whether to return. The rest looks like a beautifully designed pitcher. I couldn't give it away.
