I like that it gives me an instant overview about what people think for different products within my niche. It's easy to use and has great customer service! There are no cons at this point. The tool does its job very good so far but we're always looking forward to make new features possible. If you need user feedback then go ahead using testfreak. Not only will your product/service be reviewed by users from all over the world (and they love doing it) but also get valuable insights which help improve their buying process.
