It was very comfortable and i actually forgot that I was wearing it. However, I thought it would be just a little bit thicker than it was. The nice thing about it is that you can position it in different ways, depending on whether you want fullness or cleavage. It seems to fit under my bras okay and also fits well under my swimsuit. Another type of insert that I had been using gave me a little more oomph and that is what I was hoping for with these. They are okay, though, and more comfortable than my old ones!
