Good but not great.
I doubt it. I installed all the parts and am having trouble getting the lid on tightly to keep water out. If I thread the pins in enough for a snug fit, it's almost impossible to insert the cotter pins without using excessive force. My current answer to this question is to leave the four old screws in strategic places to retract the cover just enough for the pins to work anywhere. Not perfect, but at least there are only 4 screws to remove instead of 20 (or whatever there is usually). I would probably buy it again anyway, I'm just not thrilled with it. Also, it seems overpriced.
