Do not buy, remove screw hole

The screws provided have become a little loose. The first one I plugged in cut out a screw hole. Had to go to the hardware store and buy a larger screw to replace the stock screw

Pins for quick release clutch cover. smart idea, smart.

Second use of this kit. You need an angle drill, different drill bits to drill holes, and it is difficult to turn screws straight. The clutch cover will need to be re-drilled slightly to ease reinstallation.

Cons

Works as intended - Parts

Instructions not included but if you have DIY skills this should not be a problem. I chose not to use washers when gluing the straps to the cover (not enough rivets on the other side). Take your time and figure out which direction your cotter pins should go before riveting the lines. The pins you screw in are a little stiff, but I'm pretty sure they won't come out. I used a small allen wrench to screw them in and just moved until they were fully threaded.

Good but not great.

I doubt it. I installed all the parts and am having trouble getting the lid on tightly to keep water out. If I thread the pins in enough for a snug fit, it's almost impossible to insert the cotter pins without using excessive force. My current answer to this question is to leave the four old screws in strategic places to retract the cover just enough for the pins to work anywhere. Not perfect, but at least there are only 4 screws to remove instead of 20 (or whatever there is usually). I would…
