Fantastic customer service. They responded very quickly and immediately sent free replacement parts to solve the problem. I've included a video of the light changing between different colors and turning the fan on medium and off again. Some colors are lighter/brighter than others, and picking a color from the app's color wheel isn't always the most accurate, but you can get it by trial and error. It also plays music as promised and has lots of fun lighting settings to choose from. With all the features included in the price of this fan, I'm pretty darn happy! My only recommendation is to add fan control to the app (for now the app only controls the lighting settings and you have to use the remote for the fan).
