The puller works as expected but the handle is a bit small and has the wrong ergonomic contour. The edges of the grip dig into my fingers when I have a stuck bearing in the wheel. The key ring hole was slightly smaller than needed for flexible positioning in a pocket and far enough from the edge to make attaching the ring more difficult than necessary. Over time, the hole will wear out and the ring will tilt more. Overall this is a solid tool that works as intended for pulling bearings out of skates, but when using steel spacers inside the bearing needs to be pivoted a little before the balls. tool will do the trick.
