Stopped working after 7 months.

Bought this watch for my dad in March and he loves it. It is now October (it is only 7 months old and the seconds hand is stuck and not moving making the watch unusable now. Very disappointing. We don't know how to fix this. I would like to contact the company to sort this out a refund or replacement and will do so.I hope they work with me.**UPDATE - I contacted the company and they refused to take back the product and NOT EVEN REPLACEMENT!What extreme poverty.I would advise anyone , not for sale from this company. I don't understand how the product stops working just sitting on the shelf. Terrible company with terrible customer service - or lack thereof.
