My Pick for Best $100 Subwoofer IEM

Clay: I've been using these for over a week now and I have to say I've been impressed. The buds were slightly tinny and the bass was noticeably tight. After a 24-hour warm-up (let the music play at high volume all night), the bass is a bit loose and the highs are softer. The sound quality is very good for the price now, I would compare it to the Koss "Porta-Pro" headphones but with a much warmer sound. Probably the best sound you can get in this price range (in my opinion). Build Quality: The excellent braided cables really caught my eye when I opened the box, they are definitely tangle resistant but can feel a bit too stiff and somewhat prevent the "loop" shape from rolling into the case. The connector is offset by about 100 degrees, which is a big plus. The buds themselves are solid and mostly feature an aluminum body. The ear tips that come in the box are Sony hybrid mockups that work well, and a pair of compatible T-400 foam tips (medium) that work much better. The included small semi-hard case is of good quality and easy to use. Bottom line: If you listen to what I do (rock, indie, jazz, limited electronics and pop) I can wholeheartedly recommend these headphones. I paid 60€ and would do it again.
