I bought these pigment powders in October and haven't opened them to this day, I didn't know all the vials were fused into a cylinder shape, I just thought they were in a protective box for packaging purposes welded together. So the top of one is actually the bottom of what's on top, if that's the case. It's not necessarily a big deal, but if I had known the bulbs were coming in like this, I probably wouldn't have bought them.
