I wanted winter training shoes that would not leave a mark on the carpet during aerobics (e.g. white soles) and be comfortable to walk on the treadmill. These shoes were definitely uncomfortable for me. There is no arch support, the sole is very hard. In addition, both boots were defective in that they were missing eyelets at the top. After a few training sessions I decided to return them and look for something better.
