I like that they are constantly updating their software to keep up with new security protocols and best practices in the industry. I am not a fan of the price for services. They are very expensive compared to other providers. If you are looking for the cheapest way to do this service it will cost you. Their customer support can be slow at times but they do resolve issues quickly once we contact them. You would have to try them yourself to see if they work well for your needs. We are trying to secure our systems from hacking. We were able to get some protection from phishing emails and spam. The support team was great to work with. They were always willing to go above and beyond to help us solve any issue that we had. Nothing really to dislike. I wish they would implement more advanced features (like ADFS), but overall it's been a positive experience. If you're looking for an easy-to-use product, then this might not be the right fit for your needs. We have helped many companies transition from legacy products to better platforms.
