Product works so good. It's huge though, so it's really difficult for small dogs to carry around. Another thing I really don't like is the strap, it's a bulky old buckle. Pretty hard plastic or silicone material and it's not interchangeable, I can't put another strap on it to make my life easier. And because it's the only strap with a belt buckle, the hole spacing means it can be either too loose or too tight. The collar is a great idea, it's overpriced, especially considering how uncomfortable it is. But this is the only beep and vibrate remote collar on this entire site with no pins and no shock option. I didn't want a cruel, painful collar, so I have to pay 2-3 times more than people who don't mind hurting their animals. I would agree with the price and the very large receiver box if the strap weren't so ridiculous. Overall, I'm not very happy with the purchase, but I'm stuck because there are virtually no humane training collar options.
