They are made soundly, you can throw and drop them somewhere, without being afraid to damage them, they sit tightly on your head. When running, they definitely won’t fall; a little big and heavy. Girls, in my opinion, will be somewhat uncomfortable and unaesthetic. Since they are made of a metal arc, it presses hard on the ears and is uncomfortable to wear for more than 1-2 hours. To lower the neck like other headphones - even more uncomfortable - presses the neck. But headphones for training - and here they perform their function better than others. Sound-wise, it's a decent choice. Now everyone takes airpods as the standard of comparison. So they are much better, much better. But among the headphones for 13000 (this is their price for everyone), there are options with better sound. But I bought them for 8000. For the money I'm happy with the sound. There is a big plus, which is not indicated either in the description or in the instructions: they are connected to 2 phones. There are very few of these headphones. You can alternately listen to music from different devices and carry 2 phones in your pocket and alternately answer calls without taking them out. The Siri call works well. In general, very convenient control buttons, you can't go wrong. Since bluetoth 5.0 then from the phone they work up to almost 200 meters. That is a lot of pros and cons.
