I got it on the recommendation of several people. I've had a few Ginghers as "good" scissors that cut much better than Fiskars for the 1680 Ballistic Nylon I use. and redheads felt like cheap Fiscars. They cut through the ballistic nylon like nothing, like I hadn't cut through anything. Reliable, very sharp and easily cuts through tough fabrics. Now I'm spoiled, there are no other scissors for me. This makes things a lot easier for you when you have a lot of fabric to cut, so don't underestimate the value of a really good pair of scissors. Also, the finger hole is much larger than Fiskars and Ginger, so fingers are more comfortable.
