Review on Dorman 918-301 Power Steering Cooler: Optimal Performance for Cadillac/Chevrolet/GMC Models by Kevin Taharka

I bought this power steering cooler for my 2004 Silverado HD 2500 as mine was rusty and leaking. Was about 50 € cheaper than at the dealer. I have used Dorman parts in the past and they have all been as good as or better than the originals. Not so with this part. The 90 degree bends in the hard pipe coming from the radiator almost pinched during the bending process. You obviously didn't use a pipe bender. I would like to say that this happened during delivery, but it was packed very well and the box was not damaged. I would normally return a defective part like this, but I need my truck back on the road so I fitted it. I hope this doesn't burn out my power steering pump. I hope this review helps someone else, and I hope Dorman reads it and checks the quality of his parts. Extremely disappointed!
