Missing parts best in motorcycles and power sports

The main screw attaching the mirror to the bracket was missing. The supplier said they could get me a new one but it would take about two weeks. They suggested I go to my hardware store and get one. (which I did) but never received a replacement from the supplier. The product looks great overall, I have yet to install it but the missing part really tarnished the purchase.
