Just bought these pans to replace our Simply Calphalon ceramic coated pans which we love. So far they look as advertised. As a first test, I made an omelet with lots of cheese and the pan came off brilliantly. The omelette slid right out of the pan, was fluffy and evenly cooked. There wasn't a drop left in the pan. We also made pancakes with the same result. Good thing we didn't have to use oils or oil to prevent sticking. We were so impressed we ordered a 12" pan 48 hours later. I can't say anything about the durability, but since the pans appear to be of high quality, the price of these pans is hard to beat.
