shades received and still working fine. However, I bought 2 other blinds with a broken motor from another seller. So I had to remove the motor to replace it. After removing the motor I noticed that the plastic end bearing had broken a small plastic axle in the middle so it was literally dangling in the end cap. This led me to sorting out the rest of the shades and to my surprise found that all of the end caps suffered the same fate. All of the plastic end bearings were broken, so it's no surprise that the blinds went up and down with little noticeable wobble. The seller sent me new end caps which I replaced for the seller to do their job of fixing the problem. That's why I give 4 stars. This is just to let everyone know about the issue as some buyers may not know. See attached picture. The little tiny cylinders are what broke off the big end's plastic bearing. UPDATE: Started missing a different shade. And although the motor was replaced with 1 of the 3 shades showing symptoms of skipping and stopping where they shouldn't, the motor fixed the problem. I have to submit another video showing the exact same symptoms for the second lampshade that failed as customer service cannot determine that this is the same problem as the first lampshade that had the motor replaced. I'm updating my star rating as I'm losing confidence in these shades if they continue to degrade.
