Trust me, if I can do it, so can you!

I am very satisfied with this product. It's easy to use with clear instructions in the pictures (although the words in the instructions were in slightly broken English). I have used this product on a standard build quality metal tub with a porcelain white finish. The color match was perfect but this product is more matte than a glossier bath. So if you look very closely, you'll see that it's less shiny. But I'm still very happy with the results. Background - We bought a new house about 15 years ago. There was a portion of the tub that had recently started chipping. My guess is that when building the house someone dropped the tile and the builder patched it up. The patch came off and became ugly. I was looking for another product but it was too runny and smelled very toxic. This product was perfect. I was so pleasantly surprised that it didn't smell at all! It comes with two jars that you mix in equal parts. You don't have to use everything at once. A wooden stick was included to scoop it out of jars. (Tip: Use different sticks for each jar. I used it twice and some of it solidified in the jar from the double dipping. Next time I used craft sticks instead.) You mix everything together on cardboard, use one Tool for mixing application and the attached spatula for smoothing. You wait 18-24 hours. After waiting, you can apply another layer if necessary. I applied two layers because the dark bath was still transparent after the first application. Wait another 18-24 hours and then sand it down with the included sandpaper. First you need to use coarser sandpaper and then finer sandpaper. The sandpaper had a different rating than the instructions, but it was easy enough to figure out. The kit also included disposable plastic gloves. If I can do it, so can you. It's like the icing on a cake. The product is somewhat viscous, so it is best to work it in quickly. I found that trying to make it as smooth as possible so that it required less sanding afterwards gave good results. To be honest I was hesitant to sand the tub but I did it very carefully and everything turned out fine. I am very satisfied and maybe a little proud of my renovation.
