I like the ability to see my personal schedule as well as the rest of the team. You are able to see who has availability during specific times. This allows me to get work done without having to worry about the other people in the office. It would be nice if you could set up more than one time slot at a time. It's easy to forget what you have scheduled when you're busy. It's also helpful to have an assistant manager to help with certain things instead of emailing everyone all the time. Being able to keep track of everyone's schedules and being able to communicate with them.
