Update: I made art. As I had it on my left hand and I'm not 100% able to do everything with one hand it was smudged so it was removed after 2 hours. At the moment the spot is quite dark and I will post another photo on the second day. It runs about 4 inches down my wrist to my fingertips. , granular or otherwise imperfect. OK, in most cases. This product is PERFECT. It doesn't need to be strained, it's silky smooth (I use apple cider vinegar to activate it) and leaves a nice stain. A type of pumpkin orange that I have no problem with. Darkens to a rich rust color. Paint peels off quickly, approximately 5 hours in a 70°F environment. No additives. Fantastic product. I will buy more of this brand if needed. I have never found better value for money henna, no waste of product.
