Excellent diagnostic tool. An airbag light came on on my Chevrolet Silverado 1500 because I was fixing the AC controls, but nothing happened to the AC, it just came on. It was $100 in store to erase, it was a bit more but I work with cars and my old scanner was a bit dated so it was time for an upgrade. The reason I chose LAUNCH CRP429 is because LAUNCH seems to be a great brand in the automotive aftermarket. And the price is attractive within my budget. The CRP429 provides a variety of diagnostic functions with easy operation and high processing speed from simple to more complex parts to help the DIYer or mechanic identify the problem. The on-screen menu structure is easy to understand and I had no trouble figuring out how to do what I needed to do. And the touch feeling is comfortable. Overall this is a great tool for clearing those trouble codes when the trouble lights come on!
