As a cleaning system to reduce waste I was very happy with it. Glass bottles with silicone sleeves, pleasant to the touch. The triggers worked well for me and it was easy to mix with the pills included. Although it took longer to dissolve than mixing in a concentrated liquid sachet, I was glad I didn't have to deal with anything that could spill and with less packaging. I liked the eco-friendly aspect. The cleaners themselves lived up to what I would expect from any cleaner. They weren't easy or hard, just in between. They approached me for normal household cleaning. The main problem is that the bathroom is mainly for surface cleaning and not for rough cleaning. I haven't found it to work on bath or toilet soap suds, but neither have any of the all purpose cleaners I've used worked for them so it didn't disappoint.
