Plastic clips break easily!
The unit itself is well made and installation was fairly easy. The problem, as other reviewers have pointed out, is the plastic clips that attach to the bars in the door. The one that was mounted on the handle broke after I put everything back together; I took everything apart and tried to replace that clip with the replacement they sent. It broke trying to put it in the handle. Luckily I was able to reuse the old clip and finish the job, otherwise I would have been out of luck. See image.
