I've bought this brand of tie 3 or 4 times already; usually a pack. The first two orders I placed the product worked great and I had maybe 5 or 6 ties that were missing teeth rendering them unusable. At this point I would give this item 5 stars based on performance and price. 3 star rating based on my last order. I had a big project so I ordered 3 packs instead of my usual one pack order. The first two packs arrived and the quality was the same as the previous ones I've received - maybe a dozen missing out of 1000 teeth to tighten the zip tie. However, the last package I opened was just the opposite. At least two out of ten cable ties are missing tightening teeth, rendering them useless. One day I received 2 packages together in one shipping package and the 3rd package arrived separately the next day. The product packaging was similar enough that I wasn't concerned - maybe it just came from a different warehouse. After opening that last package I had to think twice about the slight difference in packaging as they could all have come from a different supplier together. Unfortunately, the return period expired a few weeks before I opened this final package, so I'll use what I can and order from another supplier if I need more zip ties.
