Great value for money

I love these things. Technically they do the same thing as using a zip tie and a standard zip tie for most cable runs, but for heavier cables they work a little better than zip ties. They're also reusable because you can undo the ladder tape to free the wires.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Expensive

But great cable ties. . . .

This is a great way to wrap cords for organizing all kinds of projects, but the screws provided will shear off with the slightest tightening - screws are junk and should be discarded upon receipt. Had to buy replacement screws to mount these straps in our racks.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Bought these to tidy up some cables at my desk. The connecting part breaks after approx. 3 months and the self-adhesive backing detaches from the melamine board. I could use them in a computer case or an electronics case but they are useless for cable management.

Pros
  • Builds confidence
Cons
  • Reliable

They generally work, but sticky glue and screws suck.

The straps themselves are great! Adjustable and easy to use. On the other hand, the adhesive pads weren't the best and the included screws were really annoying. I blew off the heads of THREE screws trying to attach a zip tie to my desk. I quickly found that it was necessary to drill pilot holes before using the screws provided. The 3/32 drill did the job perfectly.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Works great 1 of 5 times

Used this to organize my computer desk wiring. They come in pieces and you must "build" them. Insert the strap, stick on the double-sided adhesive tape, then screw it to the workpiece. They work great as long as the strap doesn't snap on you. It's annoying when you have all the wires in the harness, you go to tighten the tape and they snapped. To replace the tape, it must be completely removed. Glad I bought more than I need. Otherwise they work great.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • little things

Better than ties

I have a sit/stand desk with a computer on it. I used these cable ties to manage wires under the table. They worked great! The reason they are better than zip ties is that you can either attach them with the supplied adhesive squares which are very strong or you can screw them to the tree with the supplied screws as I have used quite a few of those. . They hold cords securely and you can easily unlock them to add another cord. They have worked great for me.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • weak

Great cable ties and any price and they're cheap too.

If you're running cables from here to there, you definitely need something to hold them. You want to connect cables to something. Maybe on the walls of a metal closet. Possibly to the underside of an MDF worktop. These cable ties fit any size cable, a bunch of cables, whatever. On the MDF table, fix the coupling with the supplied screw. Secure the fixture to the metal wall of the closet using the 3M spacer provided and leave overnight. Everything will work. Everything will look neat. they areโ€ฆ

  • Easy install
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something

The 3M adhesive strips alone are worth the purchase price.

A nifty little cable management product using the world's best adhesive tapes. There are a few things to keep in mind: Screws are really only for wood and chipboard. Don't make the same mistake I made when trying to attach nylon tape to drywall. 3M glue is really good. I find this works best on smooth surfaces that you pre-wipe with alcohol, but they seem to stick to anything. In addition, the straps themselves are surprisingly durable. They're really only meant for a few cables at a time, soโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Cable Ties
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

Do not buy defective

I rarely review products but they were defective enough that it was worth it. The product has a base and a plastic strap-like element that is inserted into the base so that it can be tightened. At the end of this strap is a plastic tip that tightens. Every time I tried to push that plastic end through, it was so brittle that it broke instantly and with very little effort. After this happened about 10 times I gave up on them as without this plastic tip it is impossible to feed. As if that wasn't

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Something else

Self-assembly + tear-off tabs = not recommended

3m adhesive works as well as everything else but nothing really sticks. This all comes in a DIY kit which means you will need to connect the strap to the base separately, then peel off a piece of double sided tape and attach it to the underside of the base, now repeat for each one. , and that alone wouldn't be enough to really justify a negative review, but the fact that the lugs on the ends of the straps break off so easily makes it almost impossible to re-thread the strap with the buckleโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Accessories & consumables
Cons
  • boring packaging
