I rarely review products but they were defective enough that it was worth it. The product has a base and a plastic strap-like element that is inserted into the base so that it can be tightened. At the end of this strap is a plastic tip that tightens. Every time I tried to push that plastic end through, it was so brittle that it broke instantly and with very little effort. After this happened about 10 times I gave up on them as without this plastic tip it is impossible to feed. As if that wasn't enough, once the plastic tip breaks off, it leaves a very sharp point that put a hole in my finger that bled! Maybe it was just a bad or old plastic load or something, but be careful!
