Even though I read the dimensions before buying, the reel still didn't go far. It took a roll and a half to make a door with 3 thin panes of glass, each approximately 18 3/4" x 42". In addition, was dissatisfied with the inaccuracy of the product. When a drawing comes up, it shows that it's a self-adhesive sheet and NOT static, sticky vinyl, which I didn't want. I wanted a different pattern than the one pictured and it wasn't self-adhesive. You should not sell two different window film materials under the same listing. I'm sure most people like me read the description and order the pattern they like without even thinking about reading the description again. Eventually I made up anyway, but still wasn't happy that it wasn't what I thought I was getting. This static sticky material can flake off over time with temperature fluctuations.
