After reading the reviews I thought I'd give these a try as they are so much cheaper. They work, but sometimes you have to stick with a well-known brand, and this is one of those cases. They are definitely rougher than the Amope brand and my kid won't even use them now because the replacement hurts. be sure to warn those who have decreased sensation in their legs to be careful
