My first charge controller and looks like a very good choice. Very nicely packaged, and looks very good in terms of weight and feel, as well as connections, buttons, etc. Nice, clear menu for reporting working data, which you can scroll back and forth with two selection buttons. Doesn't automatically scan data I've seen/read. System voltage and battery type can be easily changed on the built-in display. Other control options require a USB connection and their software, which I would like to purchase. It worked as expected in initial testing and will act as the brains of a 200W to 300W portable solar system. If I ever need a larger controller I will definitely consider their other units if available. .
