At first it seemed very strong and appears to be a quality product, after assembling and installing I was more than dissatisfied.. READ BEFORE PURCHASING! CONS - I have 2 monitors 27 "", yes they have different frames, but I could not align the screens myself. As you can see in the photo, one sits higher than the other, the left hand is lowered, I got tired Tightening the screws while tugging at my arm didn't work, after an hour of fiddling with this photo, the best end result I've had! and I don't even want to go back as I needed monitor mounts to complete your setup , so i just have to eat the cost, i strongly advise everyone to avoid this product and spend a little more for something stronger or better maybe with feathers etc. It will be worth the extra 20-30 bucks you spend! , one the hex wrench broke off rendering it useless halfway through assembly, luckily I had a set.(Cheap quality but typical of all the tools included in kits like this old ones) smaller monitors with the same bezel, maybe this product suits you. it works great! The rig was well packaged and organized so it was easy to assemble. It came with the necessary tools for assembly, except for something you'll need to tighten the nuts that secure your monitors to the brackets. A pair of pliers did it. I would not recommend this mount to anyone using 24" or larger monitors.
