Very Light in my review

I use the vest for cycling. It is light and comfortable. I had no problem adjusting it to fit me (5'9" 180 lbs). It would fit a larger person if adjusted fully.

I am happy that I bought this item. For the price, it is a good buy.

Cons

Although advertised for various activities, the vest may not be suitable for higher intensity sports like running and cycling due to its lack of breathability

I needed to recover from surgery by walking daily for an extensive distance. Middle of the winter in the Northeast with snow covered sidewalks, this vest makes me very visible at dusk and night
