I don't like wearing it, sometimes it rubs and irritates. But the pain in my arm and shoulder seems better when I wear it, so I'll keep going. I like the double attachment method. There is a large Velcro area that I use to adjust it to my hand and a smaller strip that can be used for extra pressure. If I had to button and press with one hand at the same time, it would be impossible - I would have to hire someone else to do it for me. After figuring out the two zip method, I could easily do it. Seems to wash fairly well, although I put it in a laundry bag as I didn't want the velcro to snag on other clothes.
