additional wind noise, picks up wind at high speeds

Love the functionality but if like me you commute to work on a sunny day this is perfect. But I also drive home at night when things aren't going so perfectly. But it could still be for you. The bike is a Yamaha MT-10 and he loves fast cruising. This visor is perfect for any purpose at or below 75mph. But I often find myself going a little faster. At any speed you can expect some additional wind noise, but at higher speeds the visor picks up the wind as expected. I rated it 4 stars because I love it. But he also has a disadvantage. In the up position, the visor blocks strong winds at higher speeds of over 75 mph. I've found that it's best to tilt your head slightly down to reduce most of the stress on the tinted visor, but that's still not ideal. Maybe this is a good reminder to slow down at night when you can't see well. It's a compromise and everyone understands that when they buy it. only my .02. If you can't help but go fast just get a separate tinted visor for the day and use a clear visor for the night, they're easy enough to swap out. If you've already bought this and are a speed nut, this might just be a short adjustment period for you. If you ride at more reasonable speeds this is perfect for you.
