I've had Pixel 2XL, Pixel 3 XL and they were great! Now I have 2 Pixel 4 XL. One to use and one to send in for repair. If I receive a repaired/replaced device back, I will send back another device. I had nothing but trouble. Signal strength is SIGNIFICANTLY worse than 2 or 3. Pixel 4 XL is very buggy. One day the app works, the next it doesn't and the next it works again. The vibration on both devices is so weak that you can't hear it even if you put it on a wooden table. If it's in your pocket, forget it, you'll NEVER feel it. I've stayed true to the pixels, but now I have to go back to Samsung. RUN for Pixel 4 XL. Eventually, Google's support went downhill. Previously they were responsive, you could call and get a live body. Now it's just emails and messages; when their messaging service is running. I think Google has grown up and gone down the path of terrible service, just like the big three. This is really really bad, I really liked the pixels more than any Samsung I've ever used.
